2. Description of Service

Digital Chef Hub provides restaurant automation software including POS systems, QR ordering, inventory management, attendance systems, and AI-powered tools including Logic Eye and Logic Voice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Digital Chef Hub and Logic Clutch Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Chef Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
